All fees are requested in Euro (20% VAT included, except for Gala dinner and buffet lunches, which are inclusive of 12% VAT. Registrations will be processed only if accompanied by full payment.

* Students must submit copy of their identity document (born after May 1975) and of their student card or a certificate from their learning institution as proof.

** Registration at reduced fee is possible for residents from the countries indicated as "Low Income" and "Lower Middle Income". See the list of developing countries. A proof of your citizenship will be required on-site at the registration desk.


*** Two sessions of five parallel workshops will take place on Sunday May 9, 2010, from hrs. 14.00 to 16.00 and from 16.00 to 18.00. Participants willing to take part in the workshops must be registered to the congress.

 


DELEGATE'S FEE

The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, unlimited access to all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition, congress kit and attendance certificate and UEMS credits.

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON’S FEE


The accompanying person's registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Cocktail Reception and half day or full day sightseeing tour. Please Note: Accompanying persons will not be admitted to the scientific sessions, exhibition and catering area.

 

BUFFET LUNCHES

Buffet lunches are not included in the registration fee. Coupons for lunches on Monday 10, Tuesday 11, Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 can be purchased at a cost of Euro 27,00 (VAT included) per day.

    All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

    Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the registration form.

     

    3. by Internet

    Is available an "on line" registration form with payment by credit card in security certificate mode "Verisign" and "SSB".

    A regular invoice will be issued for each registration and will be sent by e-mail: please indicate your fiscal code and/or VAT number.

    Registrations without these data for invoicing will not be accepted.

    The invoice will be considered as a confirmation of your registration.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION

The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation into a particular language will be provided for plenary session only for a minimum of 60 requests received by one month before the Congress.

 

NAME CHANGES

After April 20, 2010 Companies who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 100,00 (VAT 20% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases. Written permission from the original participant will be required in order to process an individual name change.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Deadline for pre-registration is April 20, 2010. After this date new registrations or changes to earlier registrations cannot be accepted. Participants will have to register on site in Porto.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM Group - AIM Congress.

Cancellations will be accepted until March 13, 2010 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

 

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress
